New Ford Fiesta unveiled, Ecosport launch soon

Ford has unveiled the new Ford Fiesta for Europe. The new car has received its new avatar for the European market and Ford expects the new car to rock Europe just as it has stunned US and other markets. Both the three door and the five door models have been refreshed and the same improved looks and features are expected to be on the new Fiesta in US next year. The front is the area where Ford has spent most of its time during the refresh and now the new Fiesta has received a lot of design characteristics from the Ford Fusion car. Giving it a more upmarket looks, the Fiesta has new grille, new headlamps and the new bonnet. Under the hood as well there are enthusiastic changes that could also replicate in the US model as well.

Back in India, Ford is busy with the launch preparations for the Ford Ecosport SUV and literally hurrying things before the Renault Duster takes over the market and becomes the market leader of the compact SUV segment. The new Fiesta hatchback and the new sedan are also probables in the Indian market and it is expected to be launched sometime next year. The new Fiesta will be a new Ford car in the country while the Fiesta sedan is already present and the new styling will refresh it altogether. Meanwhile, the Fiesta Automatic launched in the country sometime back is giving a tough time to its rivals.

The new Fiesta for Europe has the Active City Stop and MyKey and most importantly the 1L Ecoboost engine that will not only make the car too frugal but will also step up its performance to newer levels. Notably, Ford will be putting the same Ecoboost engine under the hood of the Ford Ecosport.
