New Mercedes Benz S350 Diesel launching on June 5, 2014
With huge expectations German luxurious car maker Mercedes Benz is going to launch the new S350 Diesel in Indian car market on June 5, 2014. Prior to this the car maker had launched S500 in Indian car market. According to sources company has huge expectations from upcoming S350 and expects that the luxurious sedan will garner more sales than compared to S500. It would be interested to know that although S350 is priced lesser than S500 but carries all features which were offered in its predecessors.
The S350 will sport 2987 cc, V6 engine developing the power of 258 PS and torque of 620Nm and will be mated with company’s 7G TRONIC Plus auto gearbox to facilitate the drivers to enjoy effortless driving. The sedan accelerates the speed from standstill to 100 km/h in span of six seconds and reaches the top speed of 250 km/h. After launch it will compete against Jaguar XJ, Audi 8L and BMW 7 Series. According to sources of company the sedan has efficiency to offer complete comfort to passengers during travel.
It is expected to be offered with starting price of Rs. 1, 25, 00,000 however with inclusion of additional taxes it is speculated that its price may go higher. However one thing which could please the buyers is availability of all features that are offered in its elder sibling S500.
