New Renault Fluence launch soon

The Renault Fluence facelift pictures are now available. It is almost within a week after reports came in the French car maker is thinking a facelift of the Fluence and its pictures have come up. The new car will be launched at the Paris Motor Show. The Fluence car by Renault is a premium segment car in India and the car maker is thinking of launching a Nissan Sunny based sedan – Renault Scala in India soon as well. The Scala will be in the entry level sedan by Renault. The Renault Fluence price in India starts at Rs 13.60 lakh and it is expected that Renault will be lowering the price of the new Fluence.

Volkswagen Jetta, Chevrolet Cruze and Skoda Laura are the prime rivals along with Honda Civic and Hyundai Sonata. As soon as it gets a facelift, the new Fluence is expected to have a sudden in sales. Meanwhile, as per the latest updates, the Renault Duster launch has been overwhelming for the car maker and in less than a week’s time, the car has bagged over 6000 unit’s bookings. The Fluence too performed well in India as the debut car by the French car maker after it began on a solo journey breaking ties with the SUV maker Mahindra.

As per the information available, the new Fluence will have the styling close to the new Renault Clio that has recently made appearance and with it the front will receive the most varied touch work. A new logo, front grille that is more like the Clio and a lot other changes will be seen on the new Fluence. The engine and other features are expected remain the same. However, Renault could also adopt the start low strategy with Fluence as well and it could be possible that the Fluence price in India could be lowered further.
