New Toyota Corolla Altis launched at Delhi Expo
The New Toyota Corolla Altis is launched today at the 2012 Auto Expo. The popular sedan now comes with Easy Seat, a new set of slim headlights and a deep-V grille design at the front along with shaper cues on the exterior surface. The easy seat can be availed at Rs 29,979 with one year warranty. The interiors is offered with new shades of beige blended perfectly with the renowned luxury of Toyota alongside advanced safety elements, with no changes under the hood. The New Toyota Corolla Altis will contend with Skoda Laura and Volkswagen Jetta in the country.

The New Toyota Corolla Altis is powered by the existing 1.8L petrol engine and 1.4L diesel power-train. The petrol version is presented in automatic as well as manual transmission choices. The 1798cc petrol run engine generates an output of 140 PS at 6400 rpm along with peak torque of 173 Nm at 4000 rpm. While the diesel motor with variable nozzle turbo & intercooler with 6-speed manual gearbox that offers class leading mileage of 21 km per litre, certified by ARAI.
