New York Auto Show 2015: Audi Q7 uncovered among audiences
As reported earlier German car maker Audi has been conducting test drives of its luxurious SUV Q7 from long time on Indian roads and now it is for the first time car maker has showcased the same during the on-going New York International Motor Show. According to reports the refreshed Q7 will soon debut in Indian car market. Under the hood Q7 SUV will receive the new 3.0 litre TDI diesel engine followed by V8 petrol engine. With an objective to increase the fuel efficiency of the SUV car maker has this time reduced its weight about 325 kilograms than compared to existing avatar of Q7.
The front fascia of new Audi Q7 will receive 3D effect single frame grille, company’s logo, registration plate, horizontal stats and LED headlamps along with option of matrix system. Inside the cabin it will receive contemporary features like Audi MMI infotainment system with wider screen. The new version of SUV has been developed on MQB platform offering spacious seating experience to second and third seat passengers. The Audi Q7 is anticipated to be launched in Indian car market during the middle of this year and will compete against BMW X5 and Mercedes Benz C Class.
