Next generation Skoda Fabia spotted testing
With Paris Motor Show upcoming in next couple of months all major car makers have started sharpened their efforts to display their futuristic vehicles during the motor show by conducting their test mules and giving them final look. It is reported that the Czech car maker is speculating to showcase the new version of its hatchback Fabia during the Paris Motor Show and therefore to grab the attention of audiences it has started testing the hatchback on several occasions.
This time spies have succeeded in capturing the cues of new features offered in Skoda Fabia 2015. According to them the new Fabia quite resembles from its sibling Rapid and new Octavia based on MQB platform. The new Fabia is speculated to be launched in both petrol and diesel variants with two engine options of 1.2 litre and 1.4 litre petrol engine in petrol version followed by same two engine option of 1.6 litre TDI engine and three pot 1.0 litre engine in diesel variant.
Talking about the exterior changes the Fabia 2015 receives more angular physique as compared to its outgoing model, it also seems that the new Fabia will also receive enhanced dimensions. Spies reported that the new Fabia will also receive spacious cabin which is due to enlarged wheelbase. The hatchback was discontinued from Indian car market last year due to poor sales. It is now speculated that after unveiling the vehicle at Paris Motor Show company might launch it in Indian car market sometimes in the early months of 2015.
