Nissan X-Trail Limited Edition launched
Nissan Motor India Private Limited, the Indian unit of Japanese auto giant Nissan Motors Company introduced the limited edition variant of its very exclusive sport utility vehicle (SUV) X-Trail. All new limited edition of SUV X-trail from Nissan is brought into the market to commemorate the occasion of Nat Geo’s adventure reality show - X-treme Trail.
The superb SUV is always known for its best in class toughness, prominent performance plus boxy and angular shape. But now with the new edition, Nissan has got much more to offer in terms of features such as touch-screen navigation system, rear spoiler, ‘X-treme Trail’ designed decal and door visor crafting, cargo drawer, rear scuff plate, kicking plate with LED, body slide molding, a rear bumper protector and a lot more to explore.
Powered with a new 2.0 liter diesel engine, the limited edition of X-Trail comes with a fair price tag of Rs. 22.79 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). The power-packed SUV X-Trail is available at all the dealers of Nissan across the country.

On this important event, CEO Hover Automotive India, Mr. Dinesh Jain said that Nissan X-Trail with a new 2.0 liter M9R efficient diesel engine combined with the most capable ALL MODE 4X4-i system makes it a unique vehicle in its class. In the X-treme Trail program, the Nissan X-trail has surpassed the expectations of all 19 amateur drivers and the two final winners who successfully drove it to one of the most difficult terrains in the world the Siachen Glacier. This reconfirms the claims that the car is perfectly designed for city as well has off-road driving. He further added that he would like to mark this program by launching an X-treme Trail Limited Edition of Nissan X-trail which will enhance the driving experience for anyone who enjoys SUV experience.

The X-Treme Trail was launched on the big event introduction of Nissan's new show on National Geographic Channel. This new reality show will be broadcasted on Nat Geo from 5th November at 8 in the evening along with other three channels - Fox Traveller, Star World and Channel V. The show will feature eight fearless explorers exploring the the tough terrains and embedding their footsteps across the nation from the dunes of Rajasthan to the Himalayan ranges.
