Renault all set to launch two new cars in India
The French luxury automaker, Renault is well determined to expand its Indian portfolio with the launch of first ‘mass-segment vehicle’ Renault Pulse and crossover Renault Duster, showcased in 2012 Delhi Auto Expo. The SUV crossover Renault Duster is expected to buzz the marketplace before Diwali whereas Pulse has already been launched in auto expo. There is one more unnamed SUV too to be launched later this year, so the portfolio clears the intention of Renault to grab its stated no.3 position in the fastest possible span.
For previous year, company has submitted the growth of 3.6 percent with the total sale of 2, 722, 062 units and now aiming to touch the new heights. The official sources said that the company is expecting to see their global market rising by 4% in comparison with 2011’s sales figure.

The Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing and Light Commercial Vehicle, Jerome Stoll stated that the company has generated the sales of 43% in overseas with net sale of 2.7 million vehicles in 2011.The sale outside Europe was recorded to be increasing by 19.2 percent.
Renault has managed to maintain its no.2 position in the market, whereas grabbed its top rank in the LCV (Light Commercial Vehicle) for the consecutive fourteenth time.

The Renault Kangoo Z.E and Renault Fluence Z.E were the two electric vehicles offered by the company in previous year, admired by the cost-sensitive Indian buyers. The high-tech features, fuel efficiency, safety measures and performance of Renault Pulse diesel variant makes it a revolutionary edition in the premium compact cars segment.
Renault Duster will be available in both petrol and diesel variant. These two major launches will help the company to expand its wings in Indian automotive industry that already has remarkable presence in Russia and Brazil auto market.
