Renault Pulse will highlight more on customer satisfaction

French auto maker Renault had unveiled its first hatchback ‘Pulse’ on 29th October; the car will be made available for sales by next year in January. Though the car didn’t receive an overwhelming response on its unveiling, the only reason for this dullness is that the company still appears to be a ‘stranger’ to the Indian car buyer. Even if it had already launched two of its vehicles in different segments namely Fluence and Koleos in sedan and sports utility segment respectively, however the two were unable to draw the customers to its showrooms.

But the France based firm is not at all deprived with its repetitive failures and launch of Renault Pulse; which is expected to be seen on Indian roads by January 2012, is the best illustration of its commitment towards Indian consumer.

The launch of Renault Pulse is also appreciating as now the company is throwing itself into a segment that is the bread and butter of the auto industry with more than 70 percent of total sales heaved out from small car segment.

With intent to provide its separate uniqueness to its hatchback car, the company is charged up in order to bestow ownership experience to its customers by proving best in class services. The firm will decide up on some out of league strategies in view to delight customer’s services and it distinguished from Nissan Micra. To distinct its looks from Micra, Renault is considering to add sporty gears to the car.
