The prominent Volkswagen group recently launched Volkswagen Polo Sedan in Malaysia with great proud and honor. What’s VW Vento here is Volkswagen Polo in Malaysia. This raises question in our mind as do we have the real Vento in India or we don’t have real Polo here. Let’s have a look on the Malaysian avatar of the Polo.
The new Volkswagen Polo sedan features 1.6 litre of fuel injected engine that is proficient enough to churn out 105 PS of peak power along with 153 Nm of maximum torque. This sturdy and robust motor has been successful united with six speed automatic transmission that enables the fuel consumption of 6.5 litre per 100 km only. When accelerated, the car whooshes away with a top speed of 183 km per hour and touch the 100 km per mark in 12.3 seconds. However, when talking about the price, VW Polo Sedan has been given a price tag of RM 99,888 in Malaysia, which is fairly competitive and affordable.
