The newly launched Mercedes Benz A-Class, an alluring combination of a city car and hatchback, scored a whopping number pre-launch order booking by 90,000 customers creating a rage not only in UK but in entire Europe.
Available in three and a five door version, the all new third generation of Mercedes Benz A Class has been loaded with new bandwagon of petrol and diesel engines with direct-injection and turbo-charging. The brand new addition is the 2.0 Litre direct-injection turbo-charged petrol powered engine, outpouring a dynamic power output of 211 hp and can accelerate from a standstill to 62 mph in meagre 6.6 seconds with a maximum speed of 149 mph. Also being introduced are the two new diesel run engines that has been designed to optimise the car’s fuel efficacy to 74.3 mpg.
The 2013 Mercedes-Benz A-Class encompasses a whole series of safety features such as the radar-based collision warning system with adaptive Brake Assist reducing the possibilities of encountering a collision on the rear end and various other accident alerts utilising voice and visual based warnings for the driver and passengers.
