BMW X4 launch confirm
The top shots of the German automaker BMW has validated that the company will undergo with the construction of an SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle) which will have the groundwork of X3 and exteriors similar to a BMW X6. BMW CEO Norbert Reithofer stated that due to the X6′s amazing achievement, BMW X4 is in the making.
After this announcement one can imagine it, as a younger brother to the BMW X6 which possesses a perfect blend of stylish coupe into a tough riding off-roader. If you think of good looks the BMW X6 instantly hits your mind but it’s not the most realistic SUV for your people. The space in the interiors becomes too narrow in the coupe-like form especially for the beginners as match up to an apt SUV. The quantity of room offered by this category of vehicle is the single reason why most of the people settle on for an SUV.
If the rumors are to be believed BMW X4 will be at 4.65m length as compared to the X3 and X5 which are at 4.57m and 4.66 correspondingly. The BMW X4 will be pitted against the likes of Audi Q4 and the Porsche Cajun. Coming to the engine part, the X4 will wear 2.0L turbocharged 4 cylinder engine similar as that of X3, this powerhouse is able enough to pull out a peak power of 184 bhp and top torque of 380 Nm. To some extent this will bestow it off-road capabilities. The new BMW X4 is estimated to be priced between the BMW X3 and X5 SUVs.
