Chevrolet Sail and New Captiva launching in Q3 this year
Yet again! A senior official of the General Motors has confirmed the launch of its two much-awaited vehicles- Chevrolet Sail, a premium hatch, and New Chevrolet Captiva. Both the cars are indicated to be launched in the July-September period 2012. Apart from these two four wheels, the Chevrolet India will be launching an MPV in this year which might be Chevrolet Enjoy or Chevrolet Trailblazer. However the official ruled out to debut in LCV- light commercial vehicle segment.

General Motors India Sales VP, S. Sawhney told that the company will again enter in the small car and MPV segment with Sail hatchback and an unnamed MPV in this year’s Q3. Already the auto major has a few small cars and MPVs in its Indian portfolio, with the entry of these two new cars, it expects to see better market share that is 6.5 per cent at present.
