Chevrolet Sail sedan might help GM India to pep up its sales
Recently, the most awaited model from general Motors India, Chevrolet Sail Sedan was launched in the Indian car bazaar. The car surely got an amazing response here. Visualizing the response and the booking figures, the car maker has high hopes regarding the sales figures. GM India is hoping that Sail sedan will surely help in making the sales figures pep-up a bit and establish the firm even more. Last year, the sales of GM India tumbled down by a bit. Therefore, introduction of Sail Sedan might just assist the company in placing itself at a better position.
Now the question arises, how and what will make Chevrolet Sail sedan as a top seller for the company? There is so much to offer. The sedan has been launched in both petrol and diesel variants. Apart from that the exteriors are to die for. The company has put all its heart and soul in making the car look like a million dollar product. Also, GM India has made the interiors very luxurious, which further enhances the chances of alluring the consumers even more.
Besides Sail sedan, Chevrolet Enjoy MPV is also on the list, which is expected to arrive in the Indian car bazaar this year. The test production Chevrolet Enjoy MPV has already begun. This one will arrive with a 1.3-Litre diesel engine that would produce 90BHP of peak power along with 200NM of maximum torque. Similar engine is already present in Maruti Ertiga, which is the major competition to Enjoy. Interiors are said to be the main plus point of Enjoy. The spacious interiors along with numerous comfort and convenience features would make this MPV stronger and a better contender. The price tag of the car will be kept competitive in order to target an average Indian consumer.
