Chevrolet Spark 2013 model will see an LA Motor Show unveiling
US based General Motor’s Chevrolet Spark; which is known as Beat in India, is scheduled to be introduced at the Los Angeles Motor Show; which will be held in the upcoming week. The 2013 Chevy Spark will boast a heavy 1.2L power-train as compared to earlier and improved interior comfort along with latest safety features.
The four cylinder 1.2L petrol engine of revived Chevy Spark will be able to churn out 85 bhp while the kerb weight of this new 2013 variant will be same as the present small car that is nearly 900 kilograms. The best part of this 2013 automobile is that it will be offered in choice of both manual transmission as well as automatic transmission.

The small car Chevrolet Spark will be packed with never seen before features in the interiors of a hatchback car for instance, a fresh looking dashboard with 7 inch LCD display, heated leather seats, smart-phone connectivity together with Bluetooth and GPS navigation system. Coming to the exterior part, the 2013 Spark will have 15 inch alloy wheels, disk brakes in front and rear equipped with drum brakes along with 10 airbags. Currently, General Motors hasn’t announced the particular launch date for the 2013 Chevrolet Spark. But still the vehicle is projected to arrive in the auto market anytime around next year. A retail price of US dollars 10,000 to US dollars 12,000 is estimated.
In India the company is planning to launch an 800cc engine Chevrolet Spark that will compete with the new small car segment that has knocked the county’s auto sector with the launch of Hyundai Eon.
