Features of 2015, Volvo XC90 disclosed by the company
Sweden based car maker Volvo has officially revealed the features of its upcoming generation next SUV XC90 quite early before its scheduled showcase during the forthcoming Paris Motor Show to be held in October this year. The SUV would be officially launched in European car market sometimes during the month of March next years with price tag of GBP 45,785 (INR 45.90 lakh).
The next generation XC90 is company’s first product that would be launched under its new Chinese collaboration and would be based on SPA (Scalable Product Architecture) platform. The 2015 XC90 receives long, tall and lower design than compared to its erstwhile version, without making any change in its weight. The upgraded XC90 would be launched in both petrol and diesel variants both of which would be empowered with powerful Drive E family engines.
Talking about the features offered in the exteriors of XC90 the front fascia receives chrome garnished grille followed by company’s logo integrated on it and blessed with Thor’s hammer headlamps. With this the long newly designed bonnet succeeds in giving the SUV a dynamic look. Inside cabin the SUV receives newly developed dashboard with central console bestowed with large touch screen along with new infotainment system. All the major controls of cabin are mounted on this central console. Moving ahead with an objective to offer comfort traveling experience to passengers the new XC90 embellishes four zone climate system along with zone air purification system facilitating the passengers to set temperature according to their requirement. According to sources of company the new XC90 would be one of the best products offered by it which will be blessed with latest technical and safety features.
