Features of Generation Next Maruti Suzuki Baleno Surface Before Launch
Maruti Suzuki Baleno, the best selling hatchback that was launched back in 2015,by the country’s leading carmaker Maruti Suzuki India Limited, is ready to undergo a facelift and slated for the launch in coming weeks. But, interestingly, prior to this, the brochure detailing the variant wise features has leaked online, thus, giving the full information about the features that would be offered in each variant. According to the reports, the Baleno 2019 will be launched the four trims namely Sigma, Delta, Zeta and Alpha. Aesthetically, there would not any major changes introduced in the refreshed Baleno, and the changes that would be offered will be stagnated only to the exterior front. These changes will include new upper and lower grille, new fog lamp housings, new bumper, LED rear lamps and cut alloy wheels. On the interior front the changes will include dual black and blue upholstery with new cosmetic updates.


Talking about the additional features offered in different trims. The Sigma trim is reported to be offered with reverse parking sensors, co-driver SBR, speed alert system. The Delta trim is offered with LED projector headlamps, new audio system and electrostatic touch buttons. The Zeta and Alpha trims will receive new cut-alloy wheels, followed by a set of new LED rear lamps offered in the Alpha variant.


Under the hood, the Maruti Suzuki Baleno 2019 will be offered with the existing K12M 1.2 litre VVT petrol and D13A, 1.3 iltre DDiS diesel engine. The transmission duties in the petrol variant are performed by five speed manual gear transmission system followed by an option of five speed CVT transmission system. The diesel engine is mated with five speed manual gear transmission system. As far as price is concerned, it is believed to be offered with the existing price tag.
