Fiat Abarth upcoming next year

It will be Fiat that will be among the most active car makers in the country starting 2013. With the Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Grand Cherokee launch slated in mid next year, the car maker will also be launching its racing car tuning division Abarth in India. This is another landmark in the history of cars in India as no other car maker has as of yet launched a dedicated car tuning division in the country. This will help imbibe racing car genes in Fiat cars and will also be providing many Abarth accessories and other body kits that will make Fiat cars more than attractive.

Currently there are three cars that are sold by Fiat under this brand. Fiat Abarth Punto Evo, Abarth 500 and the Abarth 500 C. These three hatchbacks are known for their high speed and performance besides their awesome looks and accessories. Thus the launch of Abarth means that it will open channels for the launch of these three cars in the country. It could be possible the prior to the launch of this brand, the Italian car maker could think of launching Fiat 500 small car. With performance in the veins, the Abarth Punto Evo and the rest of the two competes with BMW Mini Cooper cars.

Thus action will be starting as soon as Fiat launches the Fiat-Chrysler cars and the Abarth next year. Also industry also expects new versions of the Fiat Punto and the Fiat Linea that are still struggling for some sales. Experts also believe that Fiat might also launch some new car offering including some new Fiat cars in the hatchback as well as in the compact sedan segment. Thus all eyes will be on the Italian car maker that has since been too lethargic in putting up some action in the market.

Fiat 500 is a decent small car with luxury features and its true that after launching Fiat Abarth the way of BMW Mini Cooper cars will become difficult.
