Hyundai To Update Creta 2022 With Additional Features
Grapevine is that the South Korea based carmaker Hyundai Motors will upgrade its premium compact SUV Creta with an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). The carmaker will launch the 2022 Creta by the end of this year. It is also rumoured, that after Creta, the carmaker will also upgrade its premium line-up including Alcazar and Verna with the same feature.

Under the hood, the Hyundai Creta 2022 will continue the existing 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine churning the power of 113 bhp, and a 1.5-litre turbo diesel engine boosting the power of 138 bhp. There will be one more engine option of a 1.4-litre turbo engine in the petrol variant. Except this, the compact SUV will receive lots of new cosmetic updates both on the interior and exterior fronts. On the interior front, it will receive a 360-degree camera that supports connectivity with a BlueLink connected car technology and a new digital driver’s display.
Speaking about the ADAS, it helps to recognize blind spots, offers automatic emergency braking and lane-keeping assistance system, and adaptive cruise control system. The list of other safety features includes Electronic Stability Control and ISOFIX as standard safety features, six airbags, and a few more. With the integration of these new features buying the new Creta will become expensive.
