YAY! Hyundai Creta crosses 5 lakh cumulative sales milestones
The best selling model by Hyundai is on seventh cloud with crossing 5 lakh cumulative sales. This compact SUV is priced at INR 9.60 lakh to INR 15.63 lakh in the domestic market.
The Hyundai Motor India are up high in sky with joy as its best-seller Hyundai Creta has crossed 5 lakh sales worldwide, as revealed by the automobile company headquartered in South Korea on Wednesday. So far the company has sold around 3.7 lakh units in India and over 1.4 lakh units across international markets. The company sells an average of over 10K units of Hyundai Creta in a month.
In a report, the Hyundai Motor India National Sales Head Vikas Jain said, “With the record sales of over five lakh units in less than four years by any made-in-India SUV, Hyundai Creta has yet again set a new benchmark in the industry.” He further added, "Hyundai Creta is a convergence of design, performance, safety and technology. It is the Perfect SUV fulfilling the diverse needs of our New Age customers."
The Hyundai Creta which hit the market back in 2015 comes with various features including electric sunroof, cruise control, ventilated front row seats, wireless phone charger among many other features.
This compact SUV was updated in January 2019 and offered customers an all new range topping SX(O) executive variant. Our new additions to the ‘value for money’ model included the LED tail lights, seat belt reminder, speed alert system and rear parking sensors as standard.
The other specifications and features include 1.6-litre petrol engine that makes 121 bhp and the 151 Nm of peak torque and a 1.6-litre diesel motor that churns out 129 bhp and 260 Nm of peak torque and 1.4-litre diesel makes 89 bhp and 220 Nm of peak torque.
Hyundai Creta that is priced at INR 9.60 Lakh to INR 15.63 Lakh in the domestic market is becoming a shining example of Hyundai’s manufacturing excellence.
