India bound new Hyundai i20 spied again
Hyundai i20 has been one of the best selling hatchbacks by the Korean car maker in Indian car market since its launch in 2008. The upgraded version of hatchback was launched two years back in 2012 retaining the company’s fluidic design language. Now again the car maker is going to launch the upgraded version of hatchback in global market and has been testing the hatchback intensively before showcasing its during the upcoming Paris Motor Show 2014. After Paris Motor Show the hatchback would be immediately launched in Indian car market.
It would be interested to know that after Grand i10, the next generation Hyundai i20 would be another car to make its debut in Indian car market before launching it in global market. The hatchback will be launched in both petrol and diesel variants. As far as the price of new i20 is concerned nothing has been so far revealed by company and are expected to be disclosed at the time of its launch. However industry experts believe that going through the conditions and competition in Indian car market it would be priced between Rs. 5 lakh and Rs. 8 lakh.
Talking about the features offered in new i20, according to reports received from spies witnessing the i20 going for test drive, it embellishes LED tail lights, rear disc brakes, spacious cabin and enlarged boot space.
