Jaguar XF 2016 to launch during mid of this month
According to recent reports British car maker Jaguar is going to launch the generation next XF sedan in Indian car market sometimes during the middle of this month. It is however not yet clear that whether the refreshed version of Jaguar XF will be brought through either CBU route or will be assembled here. As far as powertrain installed in Jaguar XF 2016 is concerned it will be offered in both petrol and diesel disguises continuing the 2.0 litre turbocharged four cylinder boosting the power of 240PS and 2.0 litre four cylinder engine churning the power of 180 Ps respectively. Both the variants will be mated with eight speed automatic gearbox followed by steering mounted paddle shifters as standard feature.
On the exteriors it will embellish enlarged front grille followed by large air intake and new LED headlights along with newly developed LED DRLs and front bumper. On the rear it receives LED taillights carried from XE , dual exhaust pipes and boot lid spoiler. The wheelbase has been revised and extended up-to 51mm and now it measure upto 2,960mm.
Inside the cabin it receives conventional dual pod instrument cluster, black colored upholstery with silver and wooden trim, eight inch InControl touch infotainment system and dual tone interiors. The top end variant is reported to bestow 828 watt 17 speaker system from Meridian, digital instrument display for driver and 10.2 inch InControl Touch Pro system.
