Mercedes Benz to soon come up with CLS 250 CDI
Immediately after launch of Mercedes Benz CLS350 in Indian car market, the German car maker is soon going launch the CLS 250 CDI in Indian car market either by end of this year or early days of next year. The car maker has started testing the luxurious sedan on Indian roads. The CLS 250 CDI is empowered with four-cylinder 2.2-litre diesel engine producing the power of 204 bhp. The engine will be coated with seven speed self shifting transmission system and will accelerate the speed from standstill to 100 km/h within the span of 8 seconds.
As far as the exterior looks of CLS 250 CDI are concerned they are same as offered in recently launched CLS 350 which same radiator grille and sloping roof. It is speculated to get 17 inch alloy wheels as compared to 15 spoke 18 inch alloy wheel offered in CLS 350. According to Mr. Eberhard Kem, Managing Director and CEO, Mercedes Benz India said CLS class from the car maker is perfect illustration of technical features merged in a sensitive way. With its exclusive design language the CLS class will offer great travelling experience to buyers in terms of comfort, luxurious and safety features.
