MSIL Baleno making its way to Nepal and New Zealand
After making its entrance in Japanese and European car market the India made hatchback Baleno by Indo-Japanese car makers MSIL is going to make its way in car markets of Nepal and New Zealand during this year. According to reports in Nepalese car market Baleno is going to make its entry by the end of April this and later in New Zealand. It is reported that apart from European car market the Baleno hatchback will also be exported to Latin American countries like Paraguay, Colombia and Chile.

Offered in both petrol and diesel configurations of 1.2 litre K-Series petrol and 1.3 litre DDiS diesel engine boosting power of 83 bhp and 74 bhp respectively, the Baleno hatchback is the first car by Indo-Japanese car maker which has been developed completely out of Japan in India. The engines are mated with five speed manual gear transmission system followed by CVT automatic gearbox in petrol version.
The version of Baleno which would be exported to different countries will also be offered in both diesel and petrol variants but with different engine configurations. The petrol variant will be empowered with 1.0 litre boosterjet engine boosting the power of 110bhp and torque of 170Nm, while the diesel variant will be energized with 1.2 litre Dualjet engine. In Indian car market Baleno is being is sold through Nexa dealerships.
