New Hyundai i20: 10 exclusive features
It is after a series of spy shots, cat and mice game and lot of speculations, anticipations that Hyundai has finally launched the new Hyundai i20 hatchback in India. In order to keep this car attain the same popularity and sales, the Korean car maker has kept its start price at Rs 4.73 lakh despite of the various constraints that intended to make it more costly. In addition to the makeover, the company has also named it i-Gen i20. Thus the new Hyundai i20 is now Hyundai i-Gen i20 now. The new Hyundai i20 is now available in 12 variants in both petrol and diesel engine options. The i-gen i20 Sportz AT is the costliest version and its price is Rs 7.67 lakh.

Where the petrol powered i-Gen Hyundai i20 now has two options – 1.2 L and 1.4 L while the diesel i-Gen i20 is available in 1.4 L CRDi engine option. Where the 1.2 L Kappa engine has a power boost and now churns 84 PS, the 1.4 L Gamma engine also has a power of 100 PS. The diesel CRDi engine has a maximum power of 90 PS as before. There is a change in the transmission systems mated to engines and the diesel engine gets its six-speed manual transmission back.
The class apart new features of the Hyundai i20 includes:-
