New Mahindra Verito launching on July 25!

If ever a list of star car performers of India till July this year will be prepared there will be three names Maruti, Renault and Mahindra. Where Maruti will be known for Maruti Ertiga, Renault will be known for Renault Duster, Mahindra will be known for its Mahindra XUV 500. But if the list of star performer of 2012 were prepared there will be Mahindra on the top of the list with an array of launches scheduled till this year end. It has launched the new SUV XUV 500 as well as refreshed Mahindra Xylo and it is now preparing to launch the refreshed avatar of the Mahindra Verito sedan.

Initial reports as well as an official release by Mahindra had said that the Verito compact sedan will be launched later this year during Diwali but as per the latest information, a refreshed version of the Verito is being launched on the coming July 25 prior to the launch of Verito CS. The reason behind the scheduling the launch earlier than expected is that the current car sales situation is grim but every new car launched is selling like hot cakes. It has been proved with Ertiga and recently with the Duster.

As per the sources information, the new Verito will have some changes at the front that will include new grille that could have a more modern shape than the present generation. More information about the new Verito reveals that it will have new headlamps and more of chrome works on the outside. The engine lineup will remain the same and so does the performance. The step up in looks and some of the features outside will help the sedan better compete with its arch rival Maruti Swift Dzire. In addition to this, the new Verito will also help the sedan gain some volumes instantly being a new car in town.
