New Maruti Ritz launch nearby, Automatic version in the offing
The growing craze for automatic transmission cars seem to have prompted Maruti to launch its small cars in such gear shift free models. As per an update, Maruti will soon be launching the Maruti Ritz Automatic in India. It is said that though the trend for automatic cars is restricted to the premium sedan and SUV segment only, but now with Maruti bringing in the automatic transmission to small cars in the budget segment, it seems that the people will have the real taste of the freedom automatic cars pose. The Ritz Automatic price is expected to be over Rs 50, 000 than the standard variant. The petrol and diesel models both are expected to get the automatic transmission.

The Ritz Automatic is expected to be launched in the coming days and its launch is believed to bring a lot of customers to it who were craving for automatic cars but could not buy one as these are pricey. With the new Ritz coming, there will also be many changes on the car along with the new transmission option. The front is expected to receive the change and the rear is expected to flatten than the present model. New front grill and new headlamps and tail lamps are customary changes. Apart from this, the engine options under the hood of the new Ritz will be more sensible with respect to the mileage delivery and the 1.2 L K Series petrol engine and the 1.3 L Fiat sources multjet engine will be returning better mileage than the outgoing generation of Ritz.

The five speed manual transmission will be the standard while there will be an option for the automatic version. It could be possible that Maruti could launch the Ritz AT in petrol only variant as automatic transmission is seen as a comfort feature in India and not as a necessary one and those who buy automatic version seldom think of petrol or diesel. It is only the comfort and convenience that matters. With the new transmission box, the Ritz will be the second small car by Maruti after Maruti A Star to have an automatic gearbox.

Ritz is best suited for good mileage at highways and in the city too. I would suggest Maruti Ritz to anyone who is searching for a car with good mileage, low cost, average looks.
