New Maruti Sx4 in action with fresh make up
Since past few days, facelift Maruti Sx4 is being seen on the roads of India during its test run. Apparently, the car is likely to hit the Indian shores by early next year. The new and fresh variant of Maruti Sx4 appears to the one, which was launched in the Chinese market sometime ago. If reports are to be believed, Maruti hasn’t done any major change under the bonnet and given the car only a cosmetic makeover.

Maruti Suzuki Sx4 is in the Indian car bazaar since so many years and it needed a facelift desperately. The regain the attention of its buyers, a cosmetic makeover might do the trick for the car here. Even the price tag of the ongoing model is decent, but it has still failed to impress all. Therefore, the facelifted Maruti Sx4 might be successful in impressing all and shooting up the sales for the company.

According to fresh reports, the new SX4 will be coming with a refreshed front grille, new front bumper, new headlamps and chic tail lights. The front grille here will have some chrome hints giving it a more lavish and glamorous appearance. On the other hand, the car will be retaining its petrol, turbo diesel and CNG engines. All three engines are extremely fuel efficient and make the car a good performer altogether. The 1.6L petrol engine will produce 100BHP of power, while the 1.3 litre turbo diesel engine that will come with variable geometry turbocharger will deliver 90BHP of peak power output with 200Nm of torque. Just like the ongoing model, the petrol option will be offered with four speed automatic transmission, ABS, EBD, airbags and more.With a bit of luck, we can that the external changes will help the in increasing the sales for SX4 overall.
