Nissan GTR "Gold Bolt" Edition auction on eBay starts tomorrow

Nissan will be auctioning the gold clad Nissan GTR Premium Edition or nicknamed GT-R Bolt Gold. Back in October, the car maker has showcased this car that has been painted with Gold and now it will be auctioned on online shopping site eBay. The bidding on this car will be open from November 22 to December 2. Notably, this is a one off car and it has been named after the Jamaican sprinter and Olympic Champion Usian Bolt. This supercar is the 2013 model and it is precious following its gold plating and the name after which it is known. This car has also secured its name in the Guinness Book of World Records in 2011 for the fastest four seater cars to reach 0 kmph to 100 kmph mark. 

The 545 hp power packed car has a six speed automatic dual clutch transmission and is a two door car with a seating for four people. The engine is at the front and this car has an all wheel drive. Nissan started its production in 2007 and since then the car is known for its performance and speed. This Bolt edition of the GT-R has a gold paint on it and the reason why it is called as Bolt Gold is because it has a gold plate that has the signature of the Olympic Champion Bolt. 

The auction of the car is of utmost significance as all the money that will come out of the auction will be given to the Bolt Foundation. Nissan will customize the car as per the safety and other standards of the person or company’s country to which the car will be auctioned. Thus, the auction will be highly philanthropic in nature and all the proceeds will be used for charity purpose and will be utilized by the Bolt Foundation for the education and care of children.
