Nissan Sunny facelift launching tomorrow
Finally the Japanese car maker Nissan Motors will launch the facelift avatar of its highly acclaimed sedan Sunny in Indian car market tomorrow in Mumbai. The next generation Sunny is claimed to be the perfect mix of latest technical features and miles ahead from its erstwhile version. Although the new Sunny will be bestowed with various new features but it will continue with same existing engine configurations in both petrol and diesel variants. This means that the petrol variant will be empowered with 1.5 litre petrol engine boosting the power of 98bhp and torque of 134 Nm, while the diesel will be equipped with 1.5 litre diesel engine churning the power of 85 bhp and torque of 200 Nm. Both the variants will be coated with five speed manual transmission system along with CVT system offered in top trims of petrol variant.

The changes offered in exteriors of facelift Sunny include newly developed boomerang shaped headlight along with new grille. The new front bumper with round shaped fog lamps. The rear portion of sedan receives new looks followed by new stoplight feature. The side profile however remains the same. Inside the cabin it receives new color combination, with gloss black dashboard and beige colored interiors. Apart from this the top end variant will be equipped with touch screen infotainment system and blessed with safety features like front and side airbags. Apart from this other trims are equipped with ABS+EBD as standard features.
