Nissan Sunny facelift to debut on July 3, 2014
Nissan India, the Indian alliance of Japanese car maker Nissan Motors is going to launch the updated Sunny 2014 in event on July 3, 2014. The facelift Sunny was showcased during the Indian Auto Expo 2014 and receives various awesome cosmetic changes on both the exteriors and interiors on company’s highly anticipated luxurious sedan. The facelift will be launched in both petrol and diesel variants. The prices of these trims have not been yet revealed by company and are expected to be disclosed as the time of its launch.

The petrol trim of facelift Nissan Sunny will be energized with 1.5 litre petrol engine with option of two transmission systems. One will be 5 speed manual transmission system churning the power of 99 horsepower. The other one would be X Tronic CVT transmission system which will generate the power of 101 horsepower. Both the transmission systems are tuned to generate same torque of 134Nm. The diesel variant would be equipped with 1.5 litre diesel engine producing the power of 86 horsepower and torque of 220Nm. It is endorsed to be the most fuel efficient vehicle which will deliver an average of 22.71 kmpl.
As far as cosmetic changes are concerned on the exteriors the sedan will receive newly developed bumpers, new headlights and newly developed grille. On the interiors also it will embellish various interesting changes including newly developed entertainment system, piano black console, superior quality fabric seats, three spoke steering wheel, parking sensors and various more.
