Porsche India achieves record monthly sales during October
The month of October has proved record breaking month for the German luxury car maker Porsche in the Indian market. It is to be mentioned here that Porsche India is now the official importer of the Porsche cars in the country, and October is the initial month of this import operation. Earlier, Precision Cars India Ltd was the sole distributor of the Porsche cars in India. During this month, the company managed to sell a total of 117 cars of their brand in the Indian market, which is the highest ever figure for the company in a single month in this country.
Speaking on the high performance of the company during this month, Anil Reddi, director of Porsche India, said that past six months have been very exciting for the company and the company is very excited with the performance and pace of network expansion of the company in India.

The all new Porsche 911 Carrera, which is the first ever car to have seven speed manual transmission system, is available at a price tag of Rs 1.14 crore, while the top end high powered 400 bhp model of this car is available at Rs 1.33 crore.
On the other hand, the other popular car, new Boxter S is available at starting price of Rs. 81.72 lakhs (ex-showroom price). Powered by a 3.4 litre 6 cylinder engine, which is mounted in the middle, delivers a peak power of 315 bhp.
