Renault Scala diesel RXE variant launched at Rs 8.29 lakh
Renault India has enhanced the variants' choice for its one such entry level sedan car Renault Scala. The company has offered the RXE entry level variant for diesel trim of the sedan. The new Renault Scala diesel RXE variant price in India has been tagged at Rs 8.29 lakh (Ex-showroom Delhi). The other available variants for diesel Scala are- RxL and RxZ which are priced at Rs 8.79 Lakh and Rs 9.68 Lakh respectively.

The newly launched entry level variant of the Scala diesel comes equipped with Body coloured ORVMs, Dual tone bumpers, Full wheel covers, Chrome embossed garnish on the boot, Tilt-adjustable steering, Manual Air conditioner, Rear A/C vents, Integrated audio system with CD/MP3/AUX, 4 speakers and so on. The company has offered better safety features with this variant such as Engine immobiliser, Anti theft system, driver’s side airbag, ABS+EBD with brake assist etc.

Renault Scala is an entry level sedan car in India by French auto major, Renault. It is being offered in both petrol and diesel models. Its petrol model comes loaded with a 1.5-litre petrol motor and offers manual and automatic transmission choice. On the other hand, diesel trim of the beast carries 1.5-litre K9K diesel motor which promises to offer a mileage of 17.5 kmpl in city areas and 21.6 kmpl on long roads. Here, the newly launched RXE variant for diesel model will target the diesel versions of Honda Amaze, Maruti Swift Dzire and Mahindra Verito.
