Special Editions of Mercedes Benz A and B Class launching on June 24, 2014
Couple of days back we had reported that German luxurious car maker Mercedes Benz is going to launch Special Edition of its hatchback A Class and B Class to commemorate their successful existence in Indian car market. Now it is reported that the car maker will launch these special editions christened as Edition 1 on June 2014 in an event to be held in Mumbai. The Edition 1 will be offered with integration of some new and remarkable features continuing the existing engine configuration in both the vehicles. The Edition 1 will be offered only one variant of both the vehicles i.e., A Class 180 CDI and B Class 180 CDI.
The cosmetic changes that will be offered in Edition 1 of both the vehicles include panoramic sunroof, newly developed reverse camera, exterior mirror housing, centre arm rest, electrically adjustable front passenger seat, a badge of Edition 1 with black background, new alloy wheels and an entertainment system for rear seat passengers.
Apart from these cosmetic changes the Edition 1 of both the vehicles will receive an increased ground clearance which has been enhanced on the basis of feedback received from the customers, who had complained about the bottom of their vehicles touching the roads. As far as price of both these Editions are concerned nothing has been so far revealed by the company and are expected to be announced at the time of their launch. The deliveries of these both editions might begin by the end of this month.
