Suzuki Celerio AMT with 1.0 litre engine launched in U.K
After successful launch of Celerio hatchback in Indian car market, Japanese car maker Suzuki launched the same car in United Kingdom this year in February and within the short span of its launch car maker succeeded in selling out about 2000 units in U.K car market. Going through the over whelming response of U.K car enthusiasts Japanese car maker has added two new features in portfolio of Celerio including 1 litre Dualjet engine along with automated manual gearbox (AMT) which is considered as the main reason behind the huge success of Celerio across the world.
According to sources of Suzuki, the newly introduced 1 litre Dualjet engine emits 84g/k, of CO2 and delivers the fuel efficient performance of 78.4 mpg (27.7 kmpl). The new Dualjet engine is blessed with high compression ration and twin fuel injectors. With an objective to achieve the endorsed fuel efficient performance of 27.7 kmpl the hatchback would be equipped with stop start system.
In Indian car market Celerio is being sold by Maruti Suzuki, but compared to Indian car market the version of Celerio sold in U.K is equipped with various awesome features namely ABS, ESP and six airbags.
