Toyota Etios could travel to Indonesia
Toyota’s explicit model for the Asian market, Toyota Etios is now all set to travel to the Indonesian market. The Indonesian International Motor Show which is expected to commence between September 20th and September 30th, 2012 could witness the launch of Toyota Etios. Last year the revamped Toyota Innova and Toyota Fortuner were displayed at the Indonesian International Motor Show.

Etios hatchback Liva was also caught in lenses by the paparazzi few times undergoing test runs on the roads of Indonesia soon after its India launch. These spy shots indicated the probable launch of Toyota Etios Liva in Indonesia. The Etios sedan was recently shipped to South Africa and Indonesia could be its net stop.

According to recent reports, auto cos like Toyota and Daihatsu are expected to display new cars and concepts at the IIMS 2012. At the on-going Beijing Motor Show, Toyota exhibited the Qin concepts which could be a part of the global markets.

Toyota launched the Etios sedan in India back in December 2010 followed by the launch of Toyota Etios Liva hatchback in mid 2011. The Etios twins were rolled out in diesel avatar in the month of September in India. The diesel variants have helped ramping up the sales of Etios twins in India. Toyota after witnessing a dull year in 2011 due to the double whammy of earthquake and Tsunami lost its number slot in the global market to GM. The company now eyes to regain its position and is trying hard to bounce back in the global markets.
