Toyota Etios facelift spied un-camouflaged, launching October 15, 2014
Toyota Etios sedan and Toyota Etios liva the siblings have undergone some interesting facelifts and have been spotted un-camouflgaed. Both the cars are expected to be launched on October 15, 2014. The cosmetic changes are offered on both the exterior and interior of the cars. To begin with cosmetic changes that would be introduced in both the cars includes placement of new grille at front fascia which further replicates the new design language of Toyota Motors which was showcased in new version of Toyota Corolla. Moving ahead the both refreshed Liva siblings will also get newly developed OVRM’s with integrated indicators. Inside the cabin they will be embellished with superior quality fabrics and new door trims.
Talking about the changes introduced under bonnet it is speculated that both siblings will continue the same existing engine configurations in their petrol and diesel avatars. Where the diesel variants of the both t he cars would be empowered with 1.4 litre diesel engine offered with five speed manual gearbox. The petrol variant of Etios and Etios Liva would be energized with 1.5 litre petrol and 1.2 litre petrol engine respectively. Industry experts believe that going through the festive season both the cars would be offered at competitive price, of-course little bit costly as compared to outgoing versions of both these cars.
