Toyota organizes Etios Motor Racing event at Gurgaon

Toyota and racing could be held together and these go well together quite decently. In order to unleash the true sporty spirit, Toyota Kirloskar Motor has organized the Toyota Etios Motor Racing (EMR) event in the national capital region. The event is ongoing and will continue till tomorrow. The location is HUDA, Leisure Valley in Gurgaon. This is the second season of the ‘Race of Champions’ and this time, Toyota has made it unique and exciting. The August event at Chennai was a great success and based on that the Gurgaon event has been planned and the car maker has received tremendous response by the auto enthusiasts.

25 EMR drivers will be taking part in the event and these will be against the eight Indian racing champions. Thus it is a more than anticipated event to take part and be a part of as one finds the Indian racing champions as well as racing enthusiast all at one place. The event is made fabulous by VJ and youth icon, Rannvijay Singh who will be interacting with the people at the event and those who have the motorsport genes in them. This event is believed to be a promotional event and is organized to make aware the people of India about the sports car capabilities of the Toyota Etios sedan and the Toyota Etios Liva hatchback.

The Etios cars have not only made India their homeland but are a great success wherever these were launched. Where the Etios sedan has given a fight to Maruti Swift Dzire the Etios Liva has been a close rival of the Maruti Swift hatchback. These two cars have in fact made the brand much popular in India. The new Toyota Fortuner SUV is also selling like hotcakes with the craze for SUV at height in India.
