Websites Flooded With Images of 2021 Force Gurkha Before Its Launch
The Indian multinational carmaker Force Motors showcased the all new Gurkha SUV in the Indian Auto Expo 2020. The company is expected to launch the updated SUV in the Indian car market sometime during the festive season. The spies have also seen the SUV undergoing test drives on various occasions. Recently some images of the upcoming SUV surfaced online detailing the features that would be offered on its exterior portions.
Under the hood, the 2021 Force Gurkha will be empowered with a BS6 compliant 2.6-litre diesel engine outsourced from German carmaker Mercedes-Benz. The engine will generate the power of 89 bhp and the torque of 260 Nm. It will be mated with a five-speed manual gearbox and 4x4 driving option as a standard. It will also receive an off-road kit equipped with necessary accessories as a standard offering.
According to images the new Gurkha has an orange colour paint which is the same as shown during the Auto Expo. On the front fascia it adorns single plated grille integrated with round shaped headlamps, fog lamps, LED DRLs, black garnished snorkel intake, new black colored plastic cladding, luggage carrier, new front and rear bumpers, rear- door mounted spare wheel, and a few more. It is also believed to receive a high-mounted LED stop lamp, reflectors on new bumper, stacked taillights, and a ladder on the rear portion.
Inside the cabin it will receive an all black garnished cabin with a new touchscreen infotainment system mounted on the dashboard. It will receive large air conditioner vents, a manual HVAC system, power windows, dual front airbags, three-spoke steering wheels, ABS, and front facing rear seats.
