X7 SUV in pipeline of BMW for 2016
German luxurious car maker BMW is working on launching completely the full sized SUV X7 in global market after two years in 2016. According to company sources it would be one of the biggest SUV’s made by company and will be produced at its production plant in Spartanburg province of North America. According to sources of company the upcoming SUV X7 will be advanced version of X5 and X6 and will compete against Mercedes Benz GL-Class.
Mechanically it will be equipped with rear wheel drive and four cylinder engine and will be offered with four wheel drive followed by six and eight cylinder engines making it the top end SUV developed under the flagship of BMW. Apart from this it will carry a spacious cabin to offer comfort seating experience to seven passengers. It would be worth mentioning here that due to long wheelbase and extended overhang at rear which extends the luggage space.
The announcement of developing new SUV X7 was made by company’s CEO Mr. Norbert Reithofer on celebrating the successful existence of company’s Spartanburng production plant. With this the company also started the production of its another SUV X4. Here company is already producing X3, X5 and X6 SUV, which is slated to make its debut during this year. It would be interested to know that going through the concern of increasing demand for X4 and upcoming X7 company has already working on increasing its production capacity. Company sources also revealed that after launch X7 will be sold equally in global market more specifically in China and North America. It is expected that going through the increasing demand of SUVs in Indian car market company will also launch it in India immediately after its global launch.
