2017 Maruti S-Cross Facelift Bookings Open, Arriving in India This Month

Maruti Suzuki, one of the leading auto-maker in India launched various cars in for its customers. The company was launched S-Cross Crossover in India in 2015 but, it was not as successful as expected. Now, Maruti Suzuki decided to launch facelift of this S-Cross on 26th September of this year which will have some changes in its interiors and looks.

The 2017 Maruti S-Cross facelift will come under Nexa dealership and will have some premium features like other Nexa cars. The company officially didn’t commenced bookings for the S-Cross but some of its dealers started to accept pre-bookings for a token amount of Rs 11,000, which is fully refundable.

New Maruti S-Cross will have new front fascia including the redesigned front grille, new projector headlamps with daytime running LEDs, new fog lamps and front bumper. The side profile will lure the hearts of its customers with 16-inch sports alloys wheels, side window cladding and wing mirrors with turn indicators.

2017 Maruti Suzuki S-Cross Facelift Interiors

Talking about the interiors, the 2017 S-Cross facelift might be launched with new dashboard, new infotainment system with support of Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, leather upholstery, engine push start/stop button and keyless entry. Apart from this, it will come with front dual airbags, reverse parking camera, cruise control system, and voice command, ABS with EBD and ISOFIX child seat safety mounts that will offer better safety.

2017 Maruti S-Cross Facelift India

Maruti S-Cross facelift will run on a 1.3L DDiS 200 diesel and 1.6L DDiD 320 diesel engine, which delivers the power output of 89bhp/200Nm and 118bhp/320Nm, respectively. It is rumored that for the enhanced fuel efficiency, the company will launch the S-Cross facelift also with SHVS hybrid technology like the Ciaz sedan. Apart from this, an automatic transmission system is also expected with the S-Cross facelift to ease in the driving.
