Anniversary Edition of Hyundai Creta to have three variants
Hyundai Creta the compact SUV from Korean car maker has finished one year of its successful existence in Indian car market and to commemorate the occasion its Indian alliance HMIL has launched its Anniversary Edition. According to reports there will be three newly introduced variants offered under the flagship of anniversary edition these will be named as 1St Anniversary Edition, Executive Variant in E+ trim and S+ trim which will be a new automatic variant in diesel trim. Among these three new variants Anniversary Edition will be available in both petrol and diesel variants while E+ will be available in petrol variant. Apart from these newly introduced trims, the car maker has also introduced a new Earth Brown color option for buyers to opt.
Talking about the features that would be adorned in these variants, the Hyundai Creta E+ Executive variant will be empowered with 1.6 litre VTVT petrol engine boosting the power of 121 bhp and mated with six speed manual gear box. The new features adorned in this executive variant are steering mounted audio and Bluetooth controls, five inch touchscreen audio system, electronic ORVMs with LED mounted turn indicators, sportier roof rail and rear AC vents. It will be placed between base variant and S variant.
The S+ variant is energized with 1.6 litre CRDi VGT diesel engine that generates the power of 126 bhp and mated with six speed automatic gearbox transmission system. As far as other features offered in this trim are concerned, it continues the features that are offered in manual version of S+ trim.
The 1st Anniversary Edition will be offered in SX+ variant of both petrol and diesel trims continuing the existing engine line up of 1.6 litre petrol and 1.8 litre diesel engines. It will embellish features like dual tone color scheme followed by black roof and white body color with sportier graphics, seventeen inch alloy wheels, 7 inch touchscreen AVN system, leather wrapped steering wheel with steering mounted audio control, black colored dashboard, and high quality upholstery.
