Audi to introduce Audi A3 in Indian car market
The German luxury car maker Audi is speculating to launch its compact sedan Audi A3 in Indian car market. It is rumored that company may unveil Audi A3 during Indian Auto Expo 2014, where its strong contenders Mercedes Benz and BMW will unveil their vehicles. The rumors regarding unveil of Audi A3 got fired after receipt of recent reports which reveal that Audi was spied test driving on Indian roads at several occasions.
It is reported that Audi A3 will be launched in both petrol and diesel variants. According to sources the petrol variant may be launched either with 1.4 litre TSI engine developing the power of 140 PS or 1.8 litre TSI petrol engine producing the power of 180 PS. On the other side diesel variant will be empowered with tow engine options of 1.8 litre and 2.0 litre diesel engine.
According to industry experts Audi would have designed A3 according to requirements of Indian customers. The existing model of Audi A3 in global market is blessed with various remarkable features for instance high defined multi-media infotainment system, two zone climate control, drive select system, multi-functional steering system.
