Chevrolet to roll out new Chevrolet Captiva by October
Chevrolet Captiva, the only SUV by Chevrolet in the Indian market is expected to be re-launched with many upgrades by October of this year. The launch is expected to be made after the launch of its much awaited hatchback, Chevrolet Beat Diesel.
The reason behind the launch of new Chevrolet Captiva is that the older version is very outdated for the Indian market and the company feels that an upgrade might bring high sales for this car in the coming festive season.

The all new Chevrolet Captiva is speculated to be equipped with top of the line features that were absent in the old model and it is expected to have new and enhanced front and rear lamps, central console, support for i-phones and other multimedia devices and might also have an engine upgrade. The company is also trying to improve the ride quality and the comfort level to ensure better sales as in the present Indian auto market; there are a number of SUVs which will pose a threat to the sales of Chevrolet Captiva.
The car is expected to be priced under the range of 18-25 lakh where many dominant SUSs are already present. Also, this newer version will be slightly costly than the older version.
