Compensatory plan for previous buyers of Maruti Suzuki S-Cross

Maruti Suzuki S-Cross the first ever cross over by Indo-Japanese which is also the first vehicle being sold through Nexa dealership across the country was not less than a nightmare for both manufacturers and buyers. After receiving encouraging response at the time of launch the cross-over suddenly lost its charm among the buyers as the result of which car makers have to offer huge discount on vehicle to lure the buyers. In the whole story most shocking moment was for the first buyers of S-Cross who purchased is at the price which were offered at the time of its launch. The buyers felt cheated by company for charging high prices for them.

But now there is an interesting news coming out from country’s leading car manufacturer which will definitely bring smile on their face.  According to reports MSIL is going to compensate the buyers who purchased S-Cross before the cut off prices by the makers. It is reported that recently one of the buyers received a cheque of Rs.90,000 along with a 2 year /20,000 km premium MCP (maintenance cost protect) package from Nexa dealer.

Maruti Suzuki S-Cross was launched with two engine option of 1.3 litre and 1.6 litre diesel engine churning power of 89 bhp and torque of 200 Nm and 118 bhp and 320Nm, with both engines mated with five speed and six speed manual gear transmission system respectively. The S-Cross was launched last year in 2015 during the month of August with starting price of Rs. 8.34 lakh (ex-showroom price) and going high up-to Rs. 13.74 lakh (ex-showroom price). But suddenly after couple of months the dealers started discount of Rs. 1 lakh in the month of September 2015 and then at the end of December discount of Rs. 3 lakh was offered by S-Cross’s dealers in Delhi.
