Ford Ecosport Urban Discoveries Tour goes to end, launch likely tomorrow
Ford Ecosport, the much awaited compact SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle) by Ford India is expected to be launched in domestic market tomorrow! The company has recently made announcement about the end of Urban Discoveries Tour. During this travel the popular SUV has travelled across 12 cities of the country and found 186 discoveries. Ford India has published the EcoSport Urban Discoveries videos for various cities to win the heart of enthusiasts.
The new Ford Ecosport's features and specifications for Indian version have already been unveiled. And now, as per earlier predications, the beast is expected to be launched tomorrow. Yet, the company has not announced pricing for the vehicle but Ford India seems to play a price game in order to drive past the major rivals like, Renault Duster, Mahindra Scorpio, Chevrolet Enjoy and Maruti Ertiga.

Already, many of Ford dealers are accepting advance bookings for the vehicle at an amount of Rs 50000. The Indian customers will be getting the new Ecosport SUV with three engine options like 1.5-litre diesel, 1.5-litre petrol and much popular 1.0-litre turbocharged EcoBoost. Its 1.5L petrol engine will be made available with a 5 speed manual and a 6 speed automatic transmission system choices. Meanwhile, the much popular 1.0L EcoBoost engine model will come with a 5 speed manual gearbox. It will be available in four variants like Ambiente, Trend, Titanium and Titanium Plus. The much popular 1.0L Ecoboost engine will be made available in only top-end Titanium variant.
