Hyundai cars crowned with most customer loyal car brand
The South Korean auto manufacturer, Hyundai Motors has been crowned with the honour of ‘most customer loyal car brand’ among the 33 automotive brands in US, as per the study released by J.D. Power and Associate. The study was conducted on more than 117, 000 buyers and questioning them like which car they drive, will they again prefer to go with the same brand etc.
Hyundai Motors did hold the top position with highest customer loyalty rate, which was ranked at third in a survey conducted last year. Following the Hyundai Motors, Honda Motors and Ford Motors were ranked on second spot, the German automaker Mercedes Benz and BMW got third & fifth position. Whereas, the premium car brand Toyota (Lexus) ended up at sixth rank.

The Director of automotive product research for J.D. Power and Associates, Raffi Festekjian said that the growing retention rate of Hyundai has major contribution in its expansion plans and showed a tremendous quality improvement during past decade.

The research study has stated that the most of the customers didn’t approach to their previous brand due to the unavailability of the desired vehicle including some others like high maintenance cost, less resale value and various vehicle problems. The Hyundai Elantra and Hyundai Sonata are two most popular models, which have maintained the company’s reputation with 64% retention rate, said by a California-based firm, The Westlake Village.
