Hyundai Creta gets Rs. 20,000 Costlier
According to recent reports Korean car maker Hyundai Motors is going to hike the prices of its recently launched compact SUV Creta in India car market up-to Rs. 20,000. The compact SUV was launched almost three months in India with starting price of Rs. 8.59 lakh (ex-showroom price, New Delhi). With three engine options of 1.4 litre VTVT petrol engine and 1.4 litre CRDi and 1.6 litre CRDi diesel engine the compact SUV has been offered with various luring features.


It would be interested to know that despite of being offered as competitive price the vehicle has succeeded in receiving over whelming response from Indian buyers. It is reported that company has sold out around 23,117 units of Creta in Indian car market till last month and is said to have waiting period exceeding six months with 50,000 units to be delivered during this period. The Indo-Korean car maker have earlier also hiked the prices of its portfolio few months back, without increasing the prices of Creta.
