It is reported that country’s second largest car maker Hyundai Motor’s India Limited is going to introduce touchscreen infotainment system in its famous hatchback Elite i20. The upgraded version of this hatchback will kiss the Indian roads from next month. The infotainment system would be fitted by company itself. Apart from this upgrade the hatchback will also get satellite navigation system. Integration of these two news features will enhance the list of features that already exist in this hatchback.
Launched last year in August 2014, this hatchback was offered in both petrol and diesel variants empowered with 1.2 litre petrol and 1.4 litre CRDi diesel powertrains. The major impressive features offered in this hatchback are ABS+EBD, reverse parking camera, and four passenger airbags. According to industry experts the decision of integrating these two news features from Korean car maker is inspired from the launch of refreshed Jazz hatchback by Japanese car maker Honda Motors in July.
