Hyundai Eon price Rs 2.7 Lakhs Ex-Showroom Delhi: Hyundai dealer

The base variant of Hyundai Eon; D-Lite, could come with a price tag of Rs 2.7 Lakhs (Ex Showroom Delhi) as asserted by a major Hyundai dealer in Delhi. He also shared the price-listing for the compact car’s different variants, but as the same are not validated from Hyundai Motors India these can be termed as rumors. The confirmed report which is available till now is that the small car Hyundai Eon will be launched on 13th of this month and will be the entry-level car in the Hyundai stable.

The hatchback Hyundai Eon is rated as the executioner for India’s bestselling car of all time in any segment; Maruti Alto. Starting with D-Lite, D-Lite(O), Era, Magna, Magna(O) and Sportz at the top, there will be the 6 variants of the car. The shipping of 7,000 units to its dealerships nationwide prompts that the second largest car maker in the country is aiming huge numbers and is already conscious about its massive requirement.

The anticipated car comes loaded with a three cylinder 814cc engine that generates a maximum power of 56 bhp and maximum torque of nearly 76.5 Nm. The engine is mated to a manual transmission of 5-speed. The strong fuel economy of 21.1 kmpl is validated by ARAI. The top version Sportz will be packed with first-rate safety features, one like driver side air-bag. While the entry level D-Lite version will feature body colored bumpers but will be missing on air conditioner and power steering.

The speculated price tag for various Hyundai Eon variants initiated by D-Lite at Rs 2.7 Lakhs, D-Lite (O) at Rs 3.0 Lakhs, moving up Era at Rs 3.11 Lakhs, Magna and Magna (O) at Rs 3.3 Lakhs and 3.5 Lakhs respectively and concluding with top end Sportz at Rs 3.7 Lakhs.
